Our team pride themselves on their customer service – many of them have years of industry experience and provide our clients with a wealth of knowledge to draw upon for their projects. We put communication first. We will always pick up the phone to you if there is a problem with your order or if we feel that there is an improvement that could be made on your project. We do not subscribe to an ‘email and hide’ culture.

Our team often become an extension of our client’s company, working closely alongside them to develop a clear understanding of exactly what you need. When you work with us we assign named personnel to your project for the duration. We pride ourselves in providing stable teams for our customers as we understand that you don’t want to have to keep explaining your needs to new team members.

In addition to our team, one of our key strengths is our flexibility in our production. We can offer our customers test batches of collections to allow them to trial new designs in-store before committing to a large scale order.

Our UK based manufacturing allows us to deliver one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. We can have a garment completed from concept to clothes rail in under 4 weeks, and can often send out samples the next day to you. A typical regular order lead time in the UK is around 2 weeks, with a maximum of 6 weeks for our overseas clients. We partner with the most efficient logistics companies to ensure that your delivery is on time and in full.
